Coaching Agreement and Legal Disclaimer
Successful coaching requires your commitment to take responsibility for your coaching progress.
Services:
Coaching services vary depending on your needs and desired level of support, and may include email, telephone, and in-person coaching sessions.
Results:
You agree to take responsibility for the coaching process and the outcomes that result from it. You agree that you, and you alone, are responsible for the outcomes of your actions. You agree to be open and honest about your issues and needs, keep appointments and stay committed to your goals. My role as your coach is to employ my expertise as a mentor, taskmaster, motivator, and accountability partner.
You further understand that the coaching process depends upon many factors, and therefore the results you achieve may vary, depending upon, but not limited to, the amount of effort you put forth and your level of commitment.
Fees:
Coaching fees for each individual program are specified in the application and are due and payable before the commencement of any coaching services. If you are enrolling in a monthly program then each month's fees are due before the start of the month. A delay in payment may result in a delay of service.
Nature of Relationship:
You, the client, understand that the coaching relationship is not medical, psychiatric, or psychological counseling, or any type of therapy; nor is it a substitute for any of these services. In the event that you feel the need for professional counseling or therapy, it is your responsibility to seek a licensed professional who can provide these services.
Cancellations:
All cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of the coaching process I cannot offer refunds on services rendered. However, if you wish to cancel your coaching agreement I will gladly refund any unused portion of your payment. Refunds are offered after subtracting any services already used from your full payment received.
Mutual Nondisclosure:
You, the client, recognize that during coaching sessions information of private, personal, business, or professional nature may arise. I agree that all such information will be treated with the strictest confidentiality, and will never be shared voluntarily with third parties. You likewise agree not to disclose or communicate information about my practice, materials, or methods to any third parties.
Privacy:
Your privacy is important to me. Your contact information will never be shared with third parties.
